This product has given me MUCH needed energy especially with the busy holiday season. The capsules I found were NOT overwhelmingly big and NO odor to them. I have been taking this product now a couple weeks and was surprised to find I have lost 6 pounds without trying. I take 1 pill before I make breakfast in the morning and 1 before I start cooking dinner. It calls to take 1 pill twice a day about 30 minutes before eating with a full glass of water.
