I frequently have headaches/migraines. I am not able to take several pain medicines and over the counter just does NOT work. When we moved recently to our new home my oil was lost. When a headache starts to some on I take a rub a small amount on my temples and the base of my neck. If I have a sinus headache I will rub some across my forehead.
