Worked instantly when put on my dog. She has a horrible habit of barking at the ground as she is digging. With a remote training collar I have to actually stop what I am doing to go and correct her and sometimes she has stopped by then. This collar automatically corrects her and is not harsh as I tried it on myself first. Sound and Vibration the first two warnings are just sound the next eight are increasing levels of vibration.
