So simple to use!!! I easily wore under my work clothes but had to move my belt 1 notch tighter while wearing it. It is very breathable and did not make me sweat. Being a plus size woman to start I sweat easily if I am in layered clothes. It has given me tremendous support. I love the secondary bands that you can cinch yourself a nice waist.
